    According to Stanford Medical, It's in fact the one and ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 19 kilos lighter than we do.

    (By the way, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and really, EVERYTHING to do with "how" they eat.)

    BTW, What I said is "HOW", not "WHAT"...

BM Presentation Groups and Topics

As was discussed in the class, you all have to make a presentation to me, in the class (date and time to be informed),  on a topic selected by you, in a group of maximum 4 and minimum 3. You also need to get the topic approved by me. You are supposed to submit me the names the group member and the topic of your presentation by next week, i.e., 24th Jan, 2020.
